Haier Who??? Excellent Front Loader, Great Value!
I was a little bit sceptical buying a Haier Front Load Washing Machine after having an Asko for 20 years, but as my circumstances had changed I was looking for quality, reliability and economy within a smaller budget and after doing a fair bit of research I have been very pleasantly surprised. My new Haier Front Load washing machine is excellent and great value for money, and came with both a cash back offer (which I am yet to receive) and also bonus soap powder (which I am yet to receive). The machine is very easy to use, washes clothes perfectly and has numerous settings that are excellent for longevity of our clothing. Very happy with my purchase!

Impressive Performer
Despite some initial difficulties in getting the WiFi connection to work, the washer has proven itself a winner in all measures since we installed it some weeks ago. It is fast & efficient. It allows for different configurations to be used. And the alert feature back to the phone has proved invaluable. Very happy with this purchase.

PLEASE NOTE - you need wifi for the delay feature to work! This is the only upset with this machine! that the delay feature isn't able to be set from the machine.

Good but not great
Bought last week. Happy so far but a few niggles. The most frustrating is to use the delay wash feature you have to download an app. This process took me 20 minutes because we live rurally so our internet is via satellite. Why would you make a feature only available via an app? I used the app this morning but another massive drawback I now see is if you do use the delay feature you can not customise the wash. So I had customised the wash on the machine itself but when I went to the app and turned on the delay wash button in the app it said this would override any wash preset in the machine and then only gave me the option to choose a set wash as per the manufacture. So I could not adjust the temp/spin speed to choose any favourite washes I had saved on the machine. I am happy enough with the performance but if I had known this information before I bought it I would not have bought it. My old fisher and paykel machine is 16 years old and was a point and click simple machine. The only reason I changed was to go from 6 kg capacity to 8.5 kg. Overall I’m disappointed.
