Rated 4 out of 5 by from Faulty Unit Replaced Still Happy with the Brand This is my second Haier Refriergator-Freezer in 2 years and is a replacement for the original "My Zone" version which failed after 18 months. I was pleased with the configuration of the original unit, the replacement is somewhat different but I am getting used to it. I was most impressed with the service calls made to try to rectify the original issue (food freezing in vegetable storage drawer) and that I was given a full replacement when the problem could not be rectified.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Efficient fridge I chose this fridge as it was the size that I required, and it had the best energy star rating. Down sides: I reversed the door opening and not all screw holes were available for the LH side. There is only one large drawer for the fridge section. More, smaller drawers would make storage easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fridge Great fridge. Love the freezer being on the bottom as it doesn’t get accessed as often, so less bending over to get things which I used to do with my previous fridge. Being able to change the doors to right opening was perfect for the layout of my kitchen.
