Nice fridge, reliability is a let down
Fridge itself is great, nice sleek design and fit our cavity perfectly. We did however develop a fault early into ownership, one that seemed to be quite common with this model (not sure if we have a older version or not?). Defrost element stopped working meaning every third day I was in the freezer with a heat gun defrosting the thing to get it to cool again. I do have a electrical background which helped me rectify the issue on my own relatively cheaply, however to those that have to rely on Haier's technical support it can mean a matter of a days without a working fridge before someone can get to your home and fix, then also a added cost for repair (if out of warranty like i was) to something you would expect to just work all year round like every other fridge I've owned. With that said I can only give this 2 stars because of the reliability, as I say above not sure if this now has been fixed from the factory but something to be mindful of. Ohh and the dairy shelf cub, would have been better if the doors fell closed after opening. I cannot count how many times i have smashed the dairy cub door into the adjacent fridge door forgetting to close it because it sticks in the open position.

Great space in fridge and freezer only bad option is shelves would need to be moved to accommodate 1.25 litre drinks standing up haven't tried to do that yet

Cheap plastic drawers and shelving
the side door shelving broke less than 1 month in (and it was empty, no food stored in it to weigh it down - not like that should matter). look the inside the plastic is cheap. drawers dont pull out easy. i like the overall look of it, but that practicality of daily use isnt great

FANTASTIC FRIDGE
I bought this fridge simply because it fits the space i have. Now I'm delighted with it for so many other reasons - it suits my needs perfectly. The internal layout makes it very easy for seeing and accessing what is in there. The separate temperature controlled drawer is fabulous. I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering buying it.

Love this fridge however, once delivered it was noted both doors had multiple dents and the crisper draw was not functioning correctly. Under warranty the doors were replaced with…., pyou guessed it…. Dented doors!,, which are actually worse than the original. The crisper draw was not even attended to. So far not impressed. How can a new fridge come out of the factory dented?…

Lemon-will break after warranty expires
Brought this fridge May 2021. One month after the warranty ended the display kept turning on and off as the wiring that runs along the hinge split. Luckily I was able to repair this myself. 6 months later and now the fridge is stuck in DF and will not cool. This fridge does not last. Save your $1600.

Mid-sized but doesn’t sacrifice space
Great size for what we need, fits easily into the fridge insert, wouldn’t stress too much about the fit because it likely will but there’s heaps of space inside. The cooling zone is a great feature

Didn't last the distance!
Fridge barely made it past the warranty period...was a great fridge until we came home from a weeks holiday (fridge barely 3 years old) to a mold riddled mess! Useless period of use compared to our previous one!

Great looking fridge
Bought this fridge over a month ago and love everything about it. Plenty of room, stylish and easy to keep clean. Then there is the water dispenser, there if you want to use it. I do, water temperature perfect. Highly recommend this fridge.

Don’t buy it if you want to use the water dispense
I have had this fridge for over 12 months now and I love it for its size, however the reason I chose this fridge was due to the water dispenser and customisable drawer function. Both of which have been disappointing. The drawer freezes everything and can’t be used for long term storage so I have less space in my fridge. The water dispenser trickles out so I don’t use this function anymore either
