Rated 1 out of 5 by from internet fridge design is excellent Purchased as matching pair with the Fridge. Handle design is faulty for fridge and freezer. The fridge handle (as it pushes the door open) broke within 6 months. Took 6 months to fix as parts not available, trades didn't show etc etc. Asked for a replacement for the freezer and advised it's not broken so no, which i understand but due ti the design you could feel the mechanism starting to fail.. As you don't use the freezer as often, the handle didn't actually break until after warranty period. Very disappointed. The fridge design aside from the handle is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Haier Freezer 386L We bought this large freezer and the partner fridge about a year ago now. The freezer worked perfectly during a long power cut, the temperature gauges at the front of the appliances are very helpful, they are easy to clean and hold a lot. The fridge door squeaks at times but a bit of Vaseline removes this issue. Customer care were very helpful with this. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Freezer I normally don't write reviews for anything but this product has really impressed me. The draws are nice and deep, have 2 sturdy handles to grab and lift by. A lot of thought has gone into the layout and design of this freezer. The adjustable shelves is a bonus, and the door shelves maximizes the space and allows for the frequently used items to be readily accessible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Freezer Great freezer, fabulous Customer service from the Leongatha Team and delivery guys, one catch for buyers that the manual do not explain “the freezer is pre set to -18C which is great but it’s also in Holiday mode” you have to take it of Holiday to Auto setting. Once worked out I love it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frost Free Freezer ices up :( I am a little confused as it’s supposed to be a frost free freezer but it gets small amounts of ice build up near the top of the chest and on the door? I was considering booking a warranty call to have someone look at it in case the seal is faulty ?
