Information on how to enter the monthly draw to be into win 1 of 3 $50 Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Cards forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
This promotion is only open to individuals who are Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, are ineligible for this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
To enter the promotion and be eligible to go into the draw to win, you must, during the Promotional Period, complete the entry form and sign up for the Haier newsletter by opting-in to receive marketing communications with a valid email address. You are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter or enter repeatedly and you are responsible for any associated costs such as internet access.
The promotion commences (AEST)
All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will go in the applicable monthly draw to win 1 of 3 gift cards.
The monthly winners will be the first three valid entries drawn at random. Each prize is a $50 Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Card.
The Promoter may announce the winners on the Haier Australia Facebook or Instagram page. Winners will be contacted by the email address they provided in their entry form and will be asked to supply contact details, including full name and phone number. This will enable the Promoter to supply their prize and will be deemed to be acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited prize to another eligible entrant.
The Activ™ Gift Card (‘Card’) is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 (‘Heritage’) pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. For full terms and conditions visit activgiftcard.com.au/terms-conditions.
Redemption of the Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Card is subject to the Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Card terms and conditions, including any expiry date. Any unused balance of the Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Card after the expiry date will not be awarded as cash.
The Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Card are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Winners take the prize at entirely their own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that is lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged and will not replace them.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the promotion at its discretion provided that only those terms and conditions in place at the time you submitted your entry will apply to your entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters related to this promotion.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents), Facebook and Instagram exclude all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) participation in the promotion or use of a prize.
By entering the promotion, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and image to be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter in printed and/or online formats anywhere in the world without the need for further approval or compensation and for an unlimited period of time.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.

If the entrant marks the applicable box, the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Entrants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
