Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs improvement on delivery coordination There is a sharp spinning noise that sounds like a landing space ship that I never heard ftom other washing machines. Is that normal? Or is there a misaligned bearing or any metal on my machine? Delivery driver advised coming over 30mins earlier (7:30am), we couldn't make it so we had to arrange and pay for another delivery - week later. Had we been informed earlier (at least a day before) we wouldn't have to pay for extra delivery fee and wait for another day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good Purchased recently to replace a broken Samsung 7.5kg washer. Only done a handful of loads so far. I was prepared to spend upwards of $1200 on a new washer but ended up going with this very cheap and basic model after lots of research. This washer is very basic but has very practical wash options and super easy to understand and use. There are modes for a quick 15 minute wash for less than 2kg of items or daily mixed fabric types of wash options which run for about 50 minutes. There is no option for a 30-minute wash but not a big deal as the 50 minute option is still better than the 80 it took my old washer to complete a normal wash. Note that the drum is not huge so washing bedding may need to be done across multiple loads. Clothes come out very clean and 1200 spin leaves them very dry. Although machine is stable during 1200rpm spin cycle, the washer does get quite loud. You need to install the included bottom plate and foam noise insulation on the base of the unit once it arrives (not crucial for operation but recommended). This will involve tipping the washer on it's back. Ask the delivery guys to assist doing this for you. Also ensure that they do not leave these parts in the packaging as delivery people usually unpack the washer at their truck outside before bringing it into your house and leave behind these two parts. This is just noise insulation and does not assist with the stability of the machine as far as I can tell so you could also use some thin foam or cardboard and slide it under the unit as an alternative to dampen the sound somewhat. There is a spin-only cycle which runs for 7 minutes and is excellent for if you want to give some items a quick extra spin-dry before placing it into a dryer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A mixed bag Good simple machine. I was worried about the noise initially - it was as if something needed to grind down and bed in a bit. The cycles are what you would expect, but I would have liked (and need) a dedicated rinse cycle. I have a stock of soap that I have to use up, which seems to suds too much, even though it says it is OK for front loaders, and I frequently need additional rinses. I would like to be able to add them at the end when I know there are too many suds, rather than preempt them when I select the cycle and can add additional rinses to the chosen cycle. It means I am sometimes adding rinses I don't actually need. Overall, happy given it is the lowest priced front loader on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top value for money machine Bought this last week, it replaces a 6.5 kg top loader. The old machine easily used over 200 litres in a full wash, with a single rinse. This machine says it can do a wash in as little as 64 litres of water (believe it). One of the implications is you also use less detergent, else you get too many suds from the lower amount of water. Plus it uses less power than an agitator movement having to spin 100 litres back and forth every 5 seconds or so. It has a water heater in-built that can set for a range from about 30C to 90C (in 10C increments) water temperature. The “Hygienic” wash cycle uses 90C but it can be set manually to a lower level for synthetics. So you get a really hot wash but without using up a whole lot of expensive stored hot water from your hot water system. The result is you use much less water or detergent to get a better than average wash. Clothes come out lint-free as far as I can tell. So I test washed everything in sight to experiment with different loads and materials. It does clothes very well of course, and a “Hygienic” wash of underwear. Plus a couple of king size bed sheets and pillow cases were no problem. So I decided to try cleaning the synthetic curtains as well (these have no rubberized backing, don’t do this if yours do have that backing) using the standard 60C and 1200RPM spin “Synthetic” setting wash cycle, which works well. It managed to handle a full height and width single piece curtain for a two panel glass sliding door, with no problems - impressive! No issues with spin stability either. The noises were not bad, though the high-speed spin produces the usual turbine-like whine. But mostly just a slight rumble when the spin is up to full speed. Some of the standard full wash cycles are almost 2 hours long. Using less water and soap apparently requires a longer wash cycle. But there are also routine short “Daily Wash”, and “Express Wash” cycles (15 mins), which are more reasonable during the week. Plus you can easily edit the entire cycle’s duration, temp and spin speed, and it remembers your preference settings for when you go to use it again. Very simple, flexible and adjustable. I wasn’t intending to buy a Chinese-made major appliance due to reliability and quality concerns but the older reviews indicated this is a reliable brand, as well as model, and the price is too competitive to ignore. It seems to be well designed and manufactured, does not feel cheap or poorly engineered at all when using it. It feels solid and is heavy, 70kg the manual says, so don’t try to move it around yourself, make sure the installers place it where you want it. No balance issues in my case, but if there are the individual leg heights can be adjusted with a spanner to remove wonkiness. Which helps suppress noise, if you have any develop. It does have an odor when you first use it, so make sure you wash without anything in it but detergent at the recommended 60C temp when you first use it. The odor seems to go away after about 5 wash cycles. Time will tell if it was a wise buy or not, but so far it's doing everything right. The manual is also well laid out and easy to follow.

Sales people are very professional as was the delivery driver who unpacked and set up the washing machine and tested it before leaving. Highly recommend popping into there shop if ur looking to buy any electrical appliance. Great job guy's. I'll be popping back next week to buy a LED smart tv.

Great value for money and does the job - if you're after a basic washer this is ideal. Installation was simple and the features are easy to use. Based on other reviews I read, I was expecting this to be a bit noisy during operation, but am pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is for the price-point. I've had this machine only around a month but so far I'm very happy with it.
