I bought this machine in Aug 2022 & hated it from day one, DO NOT WASH BLACK OR DARK CLOTHES IN IT AS THEY COME OUT LOOKING FILTHY WITH LOTS OF FLUFF & SOAP SCUM EVEN IF WASHED ON THEIR OWN. Wash cycles are so slow in between cycles, wash, spin. The machine is dirty inside after full wash cycle & seems to hold the dirty water at the below the wash tub. Putting the machine on to clean the tub uses hot water only & takes 2hrs which I cannot afford the cost of power to do it so I try to rinse it by hose.

What a disappointment from
Worst washing machine ever
Have only been using it just over a week. Clunks, groans, tangles items, unbalances continually and resets itself whilst doing it. Can take 4hrs for one load.
Calling customer service.
Unfortunately I had it in storage from brand new until I could set it up so the battle begins for a new machine

Better off spending a bit more
Machine leaves white marks all over bed sheets and clothes. Have tried everything under the sun to prevent but keeps happening. Considering the machine is 18 months old it is very frustrating and disappointing. Regret not spending a bit more and getting a decent machine

Waste of money
Brought this washing machine around a year ago. It constantly unbalances, took me 4 hrs today to wash 2 single bed sheets. black pants come out with white marks.

Brilliant little machine
Arrived today,fantastic machine,love U press play pause to open and add a garment,you can also can just press program but to spin Function and it does spin separately from complete cycles doing my first full load now after lots little tests on the function. And the delivery guys were brilliant exceptional service highly appreciated and I would recommend them by far.

It washes well (and much faster) than my previous front loader. The spin is effective. BUT: The lid lock ‘feature’ means you have to pause the machine to lift the lid. Annoying all the time (especially since being able to intervene mid cycle was why I chose to go back to using a top loader) and counterproductive in some cases. The auto balance ‘feature’ is just a way to waste water and add up to an hour to your wash time which of course can mess with your plans to ‘get a load on the washing line before leaving the house’. There’s no way to turn auto balance off. And having to pause the machine to lift the lid mid cycle adds to the complexity of assessing where in the cycle it actually is to try and avoid that annoying scenario. Even just a light to indicate it’s in ‘rebalance’ mode would be helpful rather than unceremoniously adding 15+ mins to the timer and lighting up the ‘rinse’ indicator.

Depending on the size of your load it can take a very long time to complete the cycle (even on express) for example if you don’t put much in there it gets confused and has to rebalance by adding more water and it can do this multiple times which makes the process even longer. In addition, if you put too much in there it gets confused once again and won’t spin and has to be manually rebalanced (after it’s tried to rebalance itself numerous times) I’ve had to take clothes out and just get it to spin the load and then put the ones I’ve taken out back in there to spin by themselves. At the end of the day, it washes the clothes it can just be very temperamental and takes a long time. I much preferred my old 7kg Fisher and Paykal.

Hailer 8kg washing machine.
I am extremely pleased with this machine. Great choice of washing programmes. There was a noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of the washing.
The filters are very easy to clean and work wonderfully well as I have a big dog which loses lots of hair. Apart from that I think it is the best machine I have owned.

Good washing machine but…
Good washing machine. Glad for 6 months now. Very reliable. Only complaint is that it leaves white marks on our black clothes, especially with larger loads. Other reviews say similar things. We’ve tried different detergents but these white streaks are relentless. They come off fast with a damp cloth but still such an inconvenience. Best washing machine we’ve had in regards to reliability and function though.

Great Product
Great machine, has lots of settings to suit all types of washes. Only problem I find is the start and finish beeps are too loud, it’s hard to do a load in the middle of the night and not bother the family.

Tangles galore
Washing comes out of the machine very tightly tangled to the extent that when untangled and hung there are areas of fluff left behind that need brushing before ironing. We use liquid Omo so the marks are not soap powder. Too many on/off when water filling up adds to the tangling problem.

Love it!!
This machine makes me glad my last machine died!! This washing machine is sooooo quiet. I often go and check it hasnt stopped for some reason. It is smaller overall (but the same size!) than the last one. It gives out a nice loud beep at the end of the wash. The 2 big lint filters are so effective and easy to remove, clean out and put back in. The only thing that I would improve is my childrens ability to use it so I don't have to. But honestly was worth my old one dying just to get this one.

Haier 8kg Auto washer
I purchased our new washing machine because of the extra size of 8kg. It's been great to be able to wash everything in 1 go instead of doing 2 loads a day in our old machine. I've also been able to wash bedding blankets and such which is extremely helpful. The machine is pretty easy to navigate and the auto function is great for saving on water. I've previously used Haier as they are a cheaper alternative to the father brand Fisher and Paykel but made using the same excellence. I've had my new washer for the best part of the year and it's been great for a family. I suggest taking the extended warranty if purchased form the good guys as it adds a few years and the good guys are always happy to help.

I love that this machine has no agitator. It means I can wash heavy loads and blankets without the machine unbalancing. Does a great job on my work clothes. Nice and clean. Very quiet compared to my previous machine.

Looks great, affordable. I’ve had it for a month with no issues. Has quick wash option.Wasn't as big as I thought, but I can still do a whole weeks worth of work clothes, which I love! Way better water & energy rating than my previous machine. Fingers crossed it lasts a decent timeframe.
