Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extremely Noisy Bought this a few weeks ago and it works reasonably well. Unfortunately though it is extremely noisy and nothing like the one in the store. Rang customer service who would not help me and asked me to send them an email with problem description and video which I did and have not heard anything since. Haier care factor zero. I took a chance and bought from a brand I was not familiar with but in hindsight should have stuck with the established brands.

I want prepared to pay $1500 for the matching fisher & pykel to go with my washing machine so decided on the Haire which fits perfectly stacked on top of my washer . Couldn't be happier with my purchase . It's runs quietly and no more condensation in my laundry .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changer! After lengthy consideration and research, this was my first dryer purchase. I also didn't really know anyone with a heat pump dryer specifically, so I wanted to be careful about what I was buying and how it would work for us. Our dryer got delivered not even a week ago yet, but it has already been a game changer for me. We live in very cold, wintery Melbourne and have been finding it impossible to get our clothes, bedding and towels dry the last couple months after struggling through winter last year. We purchased this dryer to go in our garage due to limited room in the laundry. I was a little hesitant about this, however I could not be happier with our choice. We went with the 8kg capacity over 7kg, and I'm so glad we did - it fits so much, easily drying a full load of clothes from our 8kg Hisense washing machine. Because it's in the garage, we weren't able to connect up the automatic drainage hose, however the water catchment tank is super easy to slide out and empty in between loads. It also has a huge capacity, so I've not yet had an instance where it has had to be emptied mid-cycle. The machine itself runs super quietly, we've left it running when going to bed and it has not disturbed us at all (despite our master bedroom being quite close to the internal garage door). It has heaps of functions to choose from, and you're also able to customise a drying cycle if needed for a smaller/less saturated load. It also has a light in the drum, which is not a deal breaker but it's just a really nice feature to have. Overall, could not be happier with our purchase!
