Rated 1 out of 5 by from RIDICULOUS bought this 20 nov when I moved home, worked for a week, totally stopped working, had to wait until 31 Dec for technician... lost so much food and had no fridge over christmas... technician came, organized a replacement fridge 4 days later, that arrived and does not work at all. Now battling to get refund and still no fridge... beyond ridiculous

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Haier Fridge I bought this fridge on Christmas Eve 2020 & it got delivered on the 29th December. Ive seen minor leaks after use but thought it was just from the drops that didn't go in the park. Today I came home to water collecting on top handle of bottom freezer. This is the reason for my poor ratings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Once, Twice, Three Times Repaired Purchased late Dec 2020 and has since been repaired 3 times. First time the display died and the technician was able to fix it for it to only fail before he'd left our property. As a result numerous items in the My Zone draw had to be thrown out as it wasn't keeping them cold. The whole door had to be replaced to get the My Zone and Display to operate. Worked fine up until last week (so not even 12 months old) when the Fridge a Freezer just stopped working, so a fridge/freezer load a food binned. Technician has just replaced the motherboard this time so fingers crossed but not very hopeful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don’t buy it if you want to use the water dispense I have had this fridge for over 12 months now and I love it for its size, however the reason I chose this fridge was due to the water dispenser and customisable drawer function. Both of which have been disappointing. The drawer freezes everything and can’t be used for long term storage so I have less space in my fridge. The water dispenser trickles out so I don’t use this function anymore either

Thermostat part not available in Australia will be waiting 6 weeks plus in Cairns summer without a fridge. Haier promises but does not deliver and does not return your phone call. Would. Not but a Haier product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money. Bought less than a year ago and it's already stopped working. We lost hundreds of dollars worth of food, and when I rang haier customer care the first time they couldn't get a technician out to us for at least 2 weeks. I was told it would be much sooner (they suggested maybe a day or two before a technician would call us) as we are under warranty, but it's been a week already and not a word about getting it fixed. I'm about to contact the department of fair trading as I'm now hugely out of pocket because of all the spoiled food, and still without a fridge. Also when we rang haier a second time we were told 'fridges don't last as long as they used to', as if we should be fine with something this expensive breaking after a year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality The fridge has modern sign but very poor quality. I purchased it on October 2020 and has now broken - can't be fixed by a technician. I have to rush to get a replacement in the worst time of a year - two days before Christmas.
