Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good & no complaints so far I bought this one month ago, including the good value Betta 3 Year extended warranty. I have never owned a front loader before. I cannot image using a top loader again. So far, this washing machine works very well & it reasonably not loud. It is very easy to use, including setting a manual water temperature if wishing to. The fabrics appear to wash well & there is no detergent smell when washing is finished. Note: I personally don't have a history of being a fussy washer therefore I cannot comment on the softness vs harshness of the clothing after they are washed. Make sure the both the metal transport bolts & the plastic casing around the metal transport bolts are removed before use. After about twelve uses/washes, the washing machine had a very strong smell. I found a general video on YouTube about front loaders & smells and I followed the instructions, which included emptying the water hose & cleaning the filter at the very bottom right front corner of the washing machine. The next wash had no smell. So far, I am very happy with this purchase. Single person household. The machine is very sufficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT SO FAR! Excellent so far! However a load of washing takes a bit longer than the previous machine. There are no obvious issues but it has only been a month used daily. I would like to mention that the service at BETTA was outstanding. I have usually dealt with other well known suppliers but after unsatisfactory service from them I searched google and found BETTA CAIRNS in the hope of BETTA Service. Hence to say I am now converted!

Have studied the manual from back to front many times and no mention of this functionality. Every other washing machine I have owned in the last 20+ years has this functionality. It's absence means I'm constantly forgetting about loads until it's too late and I need to rewash, wasting water and electricity

And when he learnt my old one had stopped mid cycle, full of water, he quickly had it emptied so it would be eaqsier to move. Cannot thank him enough. Bought from West Gosford. The machine itself is fairly quiet and does exactly what it should. No complaints.

I previously owned a $1,000 expensive brand front loader that I had nothing but issues with. I switched to the Haier brand and I have no regrets. This Haier machine is not only easier to use but washes the clothes better! I am very happy with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Machine great, Betta not so much Machine has been as expected, Betta services not so much. The machine is really nice and quiet. You can actually schedule a cycle (or delay essentially) via the app so that is really handy. There are plenty of cycle options and all a decent length which is a relief. Many for 1-1.5 hours. Haven't tried out all out but good to know they're there. You get a notification on the app when the cycle is done as well which is a great little reminder if the little singing beeping song doesn't reach you. The actual delivery from Betta's delivery company was less than desirable. They did bring it in to the apartment but left it fully wrapped and not in a particularly convenient spot to unwrap or setup. I know they state that the installation isn't included and that's fine, but it was not an easy job having to lift the machine to get the packaging off and try and get the sound proof pads on, or move it into the correct position. Just not what I had hoped for when compared to deliveries we've had from other similar retailers.
