Extremely happy!
Fantastic dryer! We recently purchased this to be placed in our garage (lack of space in laundry) and we are so happy! The room doesn’t get stuffy (we leave a window open to keep it ventilated) and, more importantly, our items dry beautifully. Although you do need to empty the water tank and clean the lint collector after every cycle, we are extremely satisfied with how quick it dries. It’s quiet too!

Great dryer
Great dryer, drys perfectly every time, love the sanitise and anticrease functions. Love that it pulls the water out into the removable tray rather than letting steam out into the air which can cause mould. Its a great size for out family of 4 also (3 adults 1 teen)

Good but not awesome.
Does the job. I am new to the heat pump dryer game. We got it under the impression that it is cheaper to dry our clothes, but I also thought it would assist in being kinder to our clothes due to using a heat pump to dry ( remove moisture and lower heat). Unfortunately it still runs really hot and will shrink your clothes, so we mainly use it for undergarments and towels now. It is cheap to run.

Game changer!
After lengthy consideration and research, this was my first dryer purchase. I also didn't really know anyone with a heat pump dryer specifically, so I wanted to be careful about what I was buying and how it would work for us.
Our dryer got delivered not even a week ago yet, but it has already been a game changer for me. We live in very cold, wintery Melbourne and have been finding it impossible to get our clothes, bedding and towels dry the last couple months after struggling through winter last year.
We purchased this dryer to go in our garage due to limited room in the laundry. I was a little hesitant about this, however I could not be happier with our choice.
We went with the 8kg capacity over 7kg, and I'm so glad we did - it fits so much, easily drying a full load of clothes from our 8kg Hisense washing machine.
Because it's in the garage, we weren't able to connect up the automatic drainage hose, however the water catchment tank is super easy to slide out and empty in between loads. It also has a huge capacity, so I've not yet had an instance where it has had to be emptied mid-cycle.
The machine itself runs super quietly, we've left it running when going to bed and it has not disturbed us at all (despite our master bedroom being quite close to the internal garage door). It has heaps of functions to choose from, and you're also able to customise a drying cycle if needed for a smaller/less saturated load.
It also has a light in the drum, which is not a deal breaker but it's just a really nice feature to have.
Overall, could not be happier with our purchase!
