Our first front loader washing machine. Very easy to use. Low noise output. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The appliance looks modern and stylish. It plays a nice little tune when the cycle is finished. Recommended.

I Love This Washingmachine
This is my second purchase of the same model. The previous one lasted around 4 years. It was on an open veranda with damp rising from the sand below. So it was a surprise it lasted as long as it did. I love this machine. It's easy to use. The 15 minute cycle does the bathroom mats every week, the 18 minute steaming cycle renews the look of expensive clothing that has been crushed while hanging; and I can put my good garments and underwear in the 45minute cycle without fear of them being stretched to pieces. The cylces for sheets and towels etc do a good job and they come out clean. I know we would expect clothes to come out clean, but I have another machine in the outside laundry which I now only use for the dog's bedding - because nothing ever came out clean.

Absolutely Amazing
I Bought this Amazing Looking Washing Machine Along with the Haier 8kg Dry Pump Dryer And Not Only Do They Look Fantastic in My Laundry But They Work Awesome Too I Can't Stop Washing As I Have Just Moved into a New House I am Washing Everything So I am Extremely Happy With That 😁 You Don't Even Hear them They are so Quiet 🤫 I Really Recommend This Pair and The Price Was Fantastic Too

Fantastic front loader!
Great washing machine for the price. Our old washing machine packed-it-in after 13 years, so we replaced it with the HAIER 500 Series Front Loader; Great decision!

Great machine
Fantastic machine. Its programmable functions are so useful, and saves shopping around for a machine that has only 80% of the functions you need.
It’s quiet and washes well. I was a bit hesitant because I’ve only bought traditional big name brands before, but very pleased.

Disappointed
Not enough rinse cycles. does not remove all soap. I use less than half recommended amount of liquid but still have soap in final rinse water. Have to do a short cycle after wash to remove soap.

Not sensitive touch panel
In general good machine. And I would rate it 5 stars but… The on/off button on touch screen display is working strangely. I need hold finger and wait when it will react. Overall all touch panel is not quite sensitive.

Looks great Very Quiet and has a tone of features.
Very happy with my new washer, the machine is quiet, and efficient and looks great in my laundry. It has Wi-Fi connection so it can be controlled with an App to a point, but more importantly it notifies me that its FINISHED. That is so handy for those days I'm doing a few things and forget to put my washing out. At 8.5 KG it suits my needs. Very happy

Great Value for money
Purchased a few months ago and washes very well and takes a lot of load. Very quiet compared to our HiSense which sounded like a jet warming up. Wifi feature is great with the notifications of completed cycles very handy when you're out the back and don't hear the pretty tune to tell you it has finished. Very happy with purchase.

Good machine, does what it says
No complaints, the machine washes clothes well and the countdown timer seems accurate. The only thing I am missing is a delay timer. Not bothered with the wifi yet.

Happy Haier review
Runs silently which was super important to us and clothes feel great!
My only critique is the quick wash setting is too quick (15 min), I’d love a 30 min quick wash.
And the only thing missing on my wish list is a delayed start feature, which is sadly missing but not a deal breaker.
Other than that, super super happy with it!

Don’t bother
Bought this 3 years ago and it’s worked fine, now it keeps saying clear filter error. All the filters, drains, pipes are cleared and cleaned and still throwing the error code. After some research this seems to be a common issue.
